3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party processors who assist in operating the Platform (e.g., payment processing, email delivery, hosting).
- Operational Notifications: Our business Discord channel receives registration, verification, sales inquiry and subscription billing alerts. 7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Maintain your session and authentication state
- Remember your preferences and settings
Public website traffic is measured using cookie-free aggregate counters. Successful public page loads are counted on our servers even when JavaScript is disabled. Public page navigation, sales clicks, successful lead and registration requests, referral hosts, campaign labels, broad device categories and performance measurements are combined into daily totals retained for 90 days.
This counter creates no analytics cookies, browser identifiers or session identifiers, and does not store IP addresses or raw user agents. It does not identify unique people; repeat page loads can count again. Private CRM, employee and client portal activity, account tokens and form contents are excluded. Aggregate reports are sent to our business analytics channel on Discord. Our public website no longer loads the Google Analytics tracking tag.
You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.
8. Children's Privacy
Canine365 is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at Admin@canine365.com.
9. Third-Party Services
Canine365 integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription billing for Canine365 SaaS plans.
- Square: Connected-business invoicing and payment processing, plus existing legacy subscriptions.
- Discord: Aggregate website reports and operational account and billing notifications for our business.
- Email Delivery Services: Transactional email delivery for account notifications and communications.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. By using Canine365, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations. We take appropriate measures to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable law.
