How to set up reservation types, capacity caps, online booking, and reminders.
Canine365's scheduling system supports daycare, boarding, training, grooming, and walking — each as a separate reservation type with its own duration, pricing, and capacity rules. Configure reservation types in Settings → Reservations, then enable online booking from the client portal. Set capacity caps per reservation type to auto-close booking when you're full. Reminders go out automatically 24h and 2h before the appointment.
